To create job postings that are enticing to HGSE students, add lots of detail and paint a picture of how the role contributes to your organization's goals. Clearly state the key responsibilities and the qualifications needed for the role. Include the department they would be associated with and the people they would be reporting to. Describe how success will be measured in the role, key deliverables and how the role fits into the organization's overall mission.
You may also want to include a brief background on your organization's history, its mission, short and long term goals, programs, beneficiaries, and awards. Students also appreciate when employers include salary ranges, hiring process and timelines upfront.
