Generally about 40-50% of graduating students enter the K-12 sector, in public, charter and private schools. Higher education and non-profits are the next biggest sectors.  About one-quarter of the class enter a mix of additional sectors including media/technology, consulting, non-governmental organizations, government, and healthcare.

In terms of job functions, teaching/training and administration/management each generally represent about one third of the class.  Another popular functional role is analyst/researcher.  The remaining one quarter of the class enter functions such as technology/production, counseling/human services, advocacy/communications, development or founder of an organization.

The mean full time, US-based salary for the 2016 class was $64,991. Our 25-75 percentile range was $48,500-$75,000.
